Hi, my name is Albert and welcome to my website. I am making a car in machine mania and on this site, you can find lots of info on machines.

The History of machines
Even before the 1800's, there were billions of ideas for machines, some were even made,but machines didn't really catch on until the 1800's. Some of the machines made that year were generators and motors and other stuff. But, products that use electricity didn't start until the 1900's.

Simple Machines
There are lots of machines, but the most important ones are simple machines, every machine is made of them. Some have one or more and are called compound machines. The main simple machines are levers, wheel and axle, pulleys, inclined plane, wedge and screw.

Here are some experiments we did.
1.
What you need:
a bicycle pump,
a bit of alcohol,
a bottle.
What to do:
step one,
put the alcohol in the bottle,
Step two,
hook the pump up to the mouth of the bottle,
step three,
pump 10 times.
watch and look what happens.

aluminum foil 6 in. by 1 in.
a battery
What to do
put the aluminum foil at the ends of the battery
hold for 20 seconds
run for cold water.
